Design Day

At the end of each semester, the College of Engineering at Michigan State University holds its Design Day, allowing pre-college students to interact with college students studying engineering.

When Does Design Day Take Place?

This semester the event will take place Friday, December 9, 2011, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Awards Ceremony 1:15 p.m., in the MSU Union.

Student teams within the college will get a chance to show off their projects which combine engineering theory and practice. Graduating seniors will be the highlight of the event as they get a chance to present their capstone design projects and interact with over 35 industrial sponsors. Design Days provides the students with an opportunity to challenge themselves technically and prepare to begin a successful career. Photo of Ron Simon and Maureen Adams
